Please note that due to the large number of calls we get, we are unable to respond to voicemail messages and phone people back, however voicemail is available outside office hours or if all lines are busy and if you need to pass on information,  you may leave a message. If you need to talk to us you will need to phone us.

We do not enter into email exchanges regarding Adoption, Re-homing or Advice. If your query relates to any of these matters you will need to phone us during office hours.

Please note - when emailing, your message will have to pass through an automated spam filter system. If you send a message with no subject line or any swear words it will be deleted and we will never see it. The same will apply if your subject line or message body contains certain words like medications, stocks and shares, watches, investments or any other sales pitch - all we will get will be your ISP details and relevant trace information saved in a spammers log. Never use the words Hello, Error or Good Day in the subject line - viruses use these regularly and any messages with these words are silently deleted.

The following message applies to unsolicited marketing mail and spam - it does not apply to legitimate emails relating to enquiries about dogs or our activities.

Sending us spam or marketing mail implies that you understand and agree to the contractual terms below and agree to be bound by them.

If you wish to send Border Collie Rescue - or any of its domains or email addresses - unsolicited sales or marketing mail, please note that we now levy a £5 sterling handling fee for each message we receive. On receipt of your initial email message an account will be opened and subsequent message handling fees will be charged to this account. The company sending the messages will be jointly responsible for the settlement of the account along with the company on whose behalf the message is sent and whoever we locate first will be invoiced in due course. It is to be clearly understood that any marketing or sales messages sent to Border Collie Rescue or any of its domains or email addresses are sent in full acceptance of these conditions and that payment of a handling charge of £5 per message is agreed by the sender. We should add that we never knowingly buy products from companies or businesses that employ any direct marketing methods or use unsolicited messages in any media or medium to market their services or wares.

The best way of ensuring that we will go out of our way not to use your services or products is to send us an unsolicited email, fax, mail shot or telephone call advertising them.
